Listen, Learn, Empower Workshop: Round Table Discussion on Building Coalitions

The Equity Committee will host a virtual round table discussion about building coalitions on October 2, 2025, from 7-8:30 p.m.

The event is intended for all HCFAO/SPAN Ohio Regional Coordinators, State Council, and interested members.

Dee Chavez will speak about the 7-8 year-long coalition Region 4 has with the Cincinnati PNHP chapter, addressing how the coalition began and what keeps it going. Participants will have the opportunity to speak from their experiences as well.

Breakout rooms will allow participants to explore questions about how, with whom, and at what level – i.e., local, state, and national – to form coalitions as we work for healthcare for all.
