Milk chocolate, dark chocolate, decadent chocolate, and healthy chocolate. Come with your sweet tooth to sample the various chocolate stations. Enjoy a casual evening featuring the famous chocolate fountain. Champagne, coffee, decaf and iced tea will be served.
Prizes include a comprehensive physical or physical fitness test donated by Dr. George Randt; Chocolate by Zcarb, a tournament tennis bag donated by Anne Hammond, a surprise gift basket donated by the Cleveland Chapter of SPAN.
Suggested donation $25 per person
All proceeds will be used to further the campaign to get Health Care For All Ohioans on the ballot.
