A too-little noted requirement of Ohio initiative petitions is that we must not only gather signatures from 3% of Ohio voters in the last gubernatorial election (and we're more than half way there!), but we must also raise 1.5% from at least 44 Ohio counties. It being relatively easy to gather signatures in metropolitan areas, this latter requirement is proving more difficult for SPAN. Although the Red Barn flea market is smaller than Traders' World, it could help us push Clermont county up past 1.5%.

Please let me know if you can help out for a couple of hours. It would be especially good if we could get a half-dozen of us out that day. Then we start to draw crowds, build more enthusiasm for single-payer and the event becomes more social on both sides of the signature table--the effort actually becomes fun.
