Dave Pavlick, of UAW and Mary Lou Shaw, M.D., both leaders in SPAN Ohio, will speak at the Athens Community Center, 701 E. State St, Athens, at 1:00 pm and 2:00 pm respectively. Both speakers welcome questions.
The rooms are reserved for informational sessions for both Senatorial candidate Paul Hackett and for SPAN. This is especially an opportunity for local labor constituencies, health care providers and health care consumers to learn more about Single-Payer and how to support Health Care for All Ohioans Act. Petitions will be available for signatures or for additional petition circulators.
